This is why we have developed Shoot Hub as a dedicated live streaming solution that creates a unique, seamless and secure shoot experience for everyone involved. Plus, our unique hardware + software hybrid solution means there’s no need to be tech-savvy or install special software.
The Shoot Hub service runs on a secure virtual private network for maximum confidentiality and offers 4 separate modules that can be used in any combination depending on need:

CAPTURE
The Live Streaming Module
Stills shoots
CAPTURE enables remote viewing of the digital operator’s client monitor via our custom–built web app, which can run on a regular web browser without having to install anything. Key decision makers can monitor the shoot live as if they were physically there. Equally crucially, the streaming is done via our dedicated hardware on set, the actual capture computer can continue working at its best without any additional loads that might affect the shoot flow.
This module also optionally allows easy client access to browsing and selection of stills, independent from the digital operator on set, using Capture One™ Capture Pilot™ mobile apps.
Moving image
On motion shoots, CAPTURE allows us to tap into any camera feed for encrypted live streaming with minimal latency – providing you with your own video village anywhere in the world.
A camera-to-cloud workflow – where each take’s proxy is uploaded automatically – can also be enabled.

The Communications Module
High-End Setup
Enhanced collaboration module for creatives.
COMMS provides a highly tactile and enhanced remote working experience that is far superior to the usual on-set video chat experience done via laptops or phones.
Creatives on set and remote attendees can create, collaborate and view moodboards and production PDFs easily while running a Zoom, Teams or Meet video via a large 55” touch screen display on a portable stand that can be wheeled around easily. Audio can be either via conference-room grade speakerphones or via long-range wireless single ear headphones for use on busy sets, or when privacy is required.
Compact Setup
On budget restricted or location jobs, we provide a portable iPad Pro setup on wheels with the same long-range wireless headset setup as on the high-end setup.
WITNESS
The Remote Viewing Module
WITNESS allows remote viewers to observe various areas of the set as needed with witness cameras. Clients find this service especially useful for remote approval by key decision-makers. WITNESS works seamless together with CAPTURE as additional cameras are shown next to the primary camera feeds.
Whether you need a camera by the hair & make-up room, wardrobe room or just one general view of the set, this module has you covered. The production has full control over which cameras are ‘live’ at any point.
WITNESS can also be set up to provide a 360–degree live stream where users can pan around the shooting space on our interactive web-based application.
CONNECT
All comes together with the Connect Module
This module connects our devices to the internet via our virtual private network, which secures the connections with strong encryption.
Where there is no existing high bandwidth internet connectivity, we supply a bonded 4G or 5G connection across various networks, enabling smooth connections at any location that has a good mobile reception.
